About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance High-Ticket Closer to join the sales team at Yieldschool and deliver $200K+ revenue monthly. Our top earners in 2025 did $40K+ months

. This is a fully remote, full-time role focused on closing qualified inbound prospects. You will be speaking with high-net-worth individuals who have already engaged with our marketing, understand the opportunity, and are prepared to make a decision.

Your responsibility is to guide prospects to the right solution for their situation and close the deal in a single call. This is a one-call close environment where performance, urgency, and precision matter.

Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Closing Execution
  • You will be exceptional at helping prospects work through emotional and psychological barriers.
  • Handle objections professionally and create clarity for the prospect.
  • You’ll recognize when a prospect is not a fit and can make that judgment call.
    CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate records in
  • HubSpotafter every call.
  • Track outcomes, objections, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure all pipeline activity is consistently updated and organized.
    Performance & Coaching
  • Participate in weekly training and implement feedback immediately.
  • Be obsessed with self-development - personal and physical health are at their peak.
  • Dive deep into our fulfillment systems and live & breathe what you are selling.
    What We’re Looking ForCore Requirements
  • 2+ years
  • of high-ticket B2C sales experience.
  • Proven track record closing
  • $1M+ in lifetime revenue.
  • Experience using a CRM (
  • HubSpot preferred; others acceptable).
  • North America hours and dedication to our business - you will not split your time with another company.
  • Comfortable selling high-value programs to
  • high-net-worth individuals
  • Highly coachable with fast implementation of feedback
    Crypto Alignment (Preferred)
  • Crypto-native or strong understanding of crypto/DeFi markets preferred
    Compensation
  • Commission:
  • ~10% per deal
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  • $8,000 – $25,000+ per month
  • Significant upside for top performers
