- *Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for entering data from images into our data capture system, cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy, and scanning and editing for errors during entry. You will also be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening requests, and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Enter data from images into our data capture system, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or system
- Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and scan and edit for errors during entry
- Receive requests for technical assistance from customers, open requests, and submit them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
- Review each open ticket to see the outcome from the Help Desk (did they fix the problem or does it require a coordinated call to customer, etc.)
- Email responses to customers to ensure they are provided with exceptional customer service and receive updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- *Essential Qualifications**
- No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role
- Knowledge of computer software or systems, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
