• *Job Responsibilities:**

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining advanced data analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Collaborating with senior leaders to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations to enhance our training initiatives
• Creating dashboards, presentations, and reports to communicate complex data insights to various audiences
• Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with equipment and projects
• Supporting escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and presenting findings
• Partnering with business intelligence analysts to clarify issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to address problems
• Understanding and estimating the effort and cost of a solution
• Working with the business intelligence analyst to clarify issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
• Performing other job duties as directed by employee's leaders

• *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL
• Ability to apply advanced packages to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically examine and weigh options to advocate solutions
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time efficiently
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
• Self-starter mentality with minimal supervision to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
• Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences

• *Education:**

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

• *Experience:**

• Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in:
+ Acquiring data using various tools such as: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets+ Visualization and presentation experience
• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
