  • Work experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

  • This is a work-from-home position, requiring a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Shifts are available from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, and Sunday through Thursday
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
