Position Overview

We are currently expanding our team and seeking individuals who enjoy working with clients and coordinating travel details to join us as Client Travel Experience Specialist. In this role, you will assist travelers with organizing customized vacation plans, exploring destination options, and helping ensure each step of their planning process is handled smoothly from start to finish.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication-focused work, staying organized, and learning about travel experiences such as resorts, cruises, guided tours, and international destinations—all within a flexible remote environment. Training resources and ongoing guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with planning travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities

Identify destination options that align with traveler preferences and trip goals

Offer helpful suggestions to assist with itinerary planning

Communicate with clients via email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed

Coordinate booking confirmations with approved travel supplier partners

Maintain accurate and organized client itinerary records

Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and destination opportunities

Assist clients throughout various stages of their travel preparation process

Qualifications

Interest in client experience and travel coordination

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple planning requests efficiently

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with basic computer tools and online systems

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Australia or other qualifying regions

No prior travel industry experience required onboarding and training provided
