We partner with schools to set up STEM labs, deliver hands-on learning, and build future-ready skills among students through coding, robotics, electronics, and design thinking.

About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end hiring for education and sales roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition

· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → closure)

· Hire for roles such as teachers, STEM trainers, and sales profiles

· Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

· Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist relevant candidates

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interviews and feedback

· Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closures

2. HR Generalist Work
· Assist in onboarding and documentation

· Maintain basic employee records and HR data

· Support in coordination and communication with hired candidates

· 1– 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Strong negotiation skills

· Ability to deliver work on time

· Ability to work independently in a remote setup

· Experience in hiring education (teachers/STEM) or sales roles is preferred

· Candidate should be available to join within 30 days
