Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

1–3 years of experience working with large language models or in related roles (AI operations, machine learning, NLP, or data analytics).
Experience in crafting prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM-based systems.
Background in content creation, UX writing, programming, or data analysis is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with generative AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI).
Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail, tone, and context.

Design, write, and refine effective prompts to guide AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) toward desired outputs.
Test, evaluate, and iterate prompts to improve response accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Analyze model outputs to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with developers and AI researchers to integrate optimized prompts into workflows, tools, or applications.
Develop prompt libraries, style guides, and documentation for internal use.
Work closely with stakeholders to align AI behavior with organizational objectives, ethical standards, and brand voice.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis on prompt effectiveness.
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and LLM fine-tuning.
