Creative Brief: Corporate Event Photography & Videography
Project Overview
We are seeking a professional hybrid shooter (Photography + Videography) to cover the official industry debut of our organization at a major national conference. We have specific media restrictions depending on the time of day, so we require an individual comfortable seamlessly switching between capturing high-quality corporate stills and dynamic video assets.
Logistics
Date: Thursday, May 14, 2026
Location: Premium Hotel Venue in Washington, D.C. (Exact address provided upon hiring)
Time Commitment: 2:00 PM arrival, wrapping up shortly after 7:00 PM.
Budget: Full day rate + Potential Editing Time.
Coverage Breakdown & Schedule
2:00 PM – Arrival & Setup: Prepare for the afternoon session.
2:30 PM – Industry Panel: Photography Only. We require strong, professional still photos of our executive leadership and panelists in action.
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Evening Launch Reception: Videography. Our organization is the title sponsor for the evening networking reception, and we need comprehensive video coverage to build a post-event corporate sizzle reel.
Key Video Needs (Reception)
B-Roll: Capture the professional energy of the reception. This includes executive networking, branded pop-up banners, our custom specialty cocktails, and our branded promotional giveaways.
On-Camera Interviews: We need you to pull our executives aside during the reception to capture quick, on-camera interview snippets for future thought-leadership content.
Post-Event Editing (TBD): Please note that we may also require post-event video editing services to assemble the final sizzle reel. This is currently TBD, and we will let you know our final decision on editing at a later date.
