YOUR CLIENT
Your client is a global provider of business software and services, supporting small and mid-sized organizations with tools for finance, operations, and compliance. The client builds long‑standing desktop solutions while actively evolving toward cloud‑based platforms, helping customers modernize their workflows and data with minimal disruption. It operates at scale, serving diverse industries across multiple regions.
YOUR PROJECT
The project is focused on developing a Migration Agent SDK delivered as a DLL to be consumed by the Client's desktop applications. The SDK enables customers to securely and reliably migrate data from on‑premise desktop products to an Azure-hosted offering.
YOUR TASKS
Design and implement WPF-based UI components for the Migration Agent SDK
Build reusable, configurable UI workflows to support data migration scenarios
Integrate UI with backend migration logic, including progress reporting, retries, validation, and error handling
Handle integration points with authentication, provisioning, and other web-based services
Contribute to SDK documentation and usage guidelines for consuming teams
Maintain high standards of code quality, testability, and performance
Collaborate with backend engineers, cloud services teams, and product stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
4+ years of experience in C#/.NET development
Strong hands-on experience with WPF and Windows desktop application UI development
Good understanding of MVVM patterns and UI architecture for desktop apps
Experience building reusable UI components or SDKs (preferred)
Ability to work across UI and application logic layers
Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional, distributed team
Experience handling complex user flows such as long-running tasks, progress, errors, and retries
Would be a plus:
Experience with .NET MAUI
