Insurance Virtual Assistant (EZLynx Experience Required)
Full-Time | Remote | ASAP Start

We are a U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on EZLynx experience to support our backend operations and data management.

This is a long-term, full-time role ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and keeping systems organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update client and policy data in EZLynx

Maintain clean and organized agency records

Support internal workflows related to quoting and cross-selling

Assist with CRM updates and process improvements

Required Experience

Must have real, hands-on experience using EZLynx in a live insurance agency

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred but not required

This is not an entry-level role.

Work Schedule

Full-time

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)

Fully remote
