Position Overview
- This is a highly versatile, cross-functional role that goes beyond a single specialization. Rather than focusing only on sales or operations, this position bridges:
- Sales support
- Procurement & sourcing
- Inventory management
- Vendor coordination
- Cross-border communication (Japan–U.S.)

You will play a key role in supporting the flow of goods from Japanese suppliers to U.S. retailers while ensuring smooth operations and strong partner relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and sourcing operations with Japanese vendors
- Support sales activities, including order processing and client coordination
- Manage and track inventory levels and logistics
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
- Facilitate smooth communication between Japan and the U.S. teams
- Handle a wide range of sales operations / procurement / account coordination tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- This role is well-suited for candidates who have experience in:
- Trading companies, wholesalers, or distributors
- Manufacturers handling physical products
- Businesses involving importing from Japan and selling in the U.S.
- Sales, sales operations, or supply chain roles involving tangible goods
- You are likely someone who:
- Is comfortable working with inventory, logistics, and detailed coordination
- Enjoys hands-on, operational work (not purely strategic or abstract)
- Has a strong sense of ownership and organization
- Requirements
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- English: Business level or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage operations carefully
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
