SYSTEMTEC is seeking an ERP Scrum Master for a remote opportunity for a 1 year contract with possible extensions working EST. The ideal candidate will serve as an ERP Scrum Master supporting enterprise ERP initiatives, guiding both project-based and enhancement work from intake through release. This role ensures delivery teams operate effectively within Agile frameworks while maintaining alignment to business priorities, governance standards, and system objectives.

    Required Qualifications of the ERP Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting ERP system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Proficiency in tracking delivery progress, sprint execution, and team performance metrics
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
    Preferred Skills/Experience of the ERP Scrum Master:
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent
  • Experience with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor)
  • Background supporting ERP functional domains such as finance, supply chain, or HR systems
  • Prior experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow
  • Experience driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
    Responsibilities of the ERP Scrum Master:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support delivery of ERP enhancements and project initiatives, ensuring clear definition and prioritization of work
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments while managing cross-team dependencies and escalation paths
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide transparent communication on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes
  • Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and backlog health to support performance improvements
  • Coordinate release planning and readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and post-release stabilization

Work Location: Remote with occasional on-site presence may be required
