UX/UI Designer (Contract | Hourly) – Healthcare Platform
We’re looking for a
UX/UI Designer
to help us redesign our healthcare web portal and mobile applications into a more cohesive, modern, and intuitive experience.
This is a
contract-based, hourly project
with the potential for ongoing work.
At MobexHealth, we build digital health solutions for underserved populations, including Medicaid members, care managers, and healthcare organizations. This means your work must prioritize
simplicity, accessibility, and real-world usability
—not just aesthetics.
- What You’ll Do:
- Redesign our web portal (desktop + responsive)andmobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Create a unified design systemacross platforms
- Improve user flows, navigation, and overall experience
- Design for users who may be non-tech-savvy or in high-stress situations
- Ensure consistency in branding, UI patterns, and interactions
- Key Deliverables:
- High-fidelity designs (Figma preferred)
- Clickable prototypes
- A complete design system(colors, typography, components, spacing)
- Design tokens in JSON format (including HEX color codes, typography, spacing) for developer handoff
- What We’re Looking For:
- Strong UX/UI portfolio (preferably apps or complex platforms)
- Experience creating scalable design systems
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Experience collaborating with product + engineering teams
- Healthcare or accessibility experience is a plus
