Expert YouTube Video Editor (Leila Hormozi Style) – Long-term Potential

We are looking for an expert YouTube Video Editor to take our long-form content to the next level.

For this specific role, we are looking for someone who can master the Leila Hormozi style of editing for our talking-head videos.

What we are looking for:

Pacing & Retention: You know how to cut out the fluff, remove dead air/stutters, and keep the viewer hooked without it feeling over-edited.

Visuals & B-Roll: You know how to use high-quality B-roll, subtle zooms, and smooth transitions to break up talking heads.

Audio Mastery: This is crucial. You must know how to balance voice audio perfectly and select the right background music to match the emotion of the chapter (e.g., upbeat for wins, slower/emotional tracks for struggles).

Text & Graphics: Clean, modern on-screen text and graphics that highlight key points without looking tacky.

Attention to Detail: If we ask for a specific change in a revision, you actually make it.

Requirements:

Must use Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (no CapCut-only editors).

Must have a strong portfolio showing similar educational/talking-head content.

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication.

Able to turn around a V1 draft within 2-3 days of receiving footage.

The Opportunity:

This is initially a test project for 1-2 videos. However, if you crush it, we are looking for a long-term editor to handle 4+ videos per month on a retainer basis.
