- Role DescriptionWe are seeking a professional English Samoan Translator for a freelance project in the healthcare sector. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating healthcare and clinical trial documents, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to industry-specific terminology.Project Details:
- Language Pair: English Samoan
- Field: Healthcare and Clinical Trials
- Tools: Client-provided SDL Trados packages
- Responsibilities:
- Translate healthcare and clinical trials documents from English into Samoan with high accuracy.
- Ensure use of correct medical and clinical terminology in line with industry standards.
- Work with client-provided Trados packages and follow project-specific guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical content.
- Deliver translations within the agreed deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in Samoan and excellent command of English.
- Proven experience in medical/healthcare/clinical trial translation.
- Proficiency in SDL Trados Studio (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
