About Us

We're a small, focused digital agency doing real SEO work for real clients. No fluff, no smoke and mirrors — just solid execution that moves the needle. We're a good crew to work with if you're the kind of person who gets into a site and actually makes things better.

We're not here to manage your learning curve, and we're not looking for big ideas. We're looking for people who can take a clear task list, get into a site, and do the work right.

What the Work Looks Like

You'll be executing structured SEO task lists — on-page optimization, content placement, schema markup, page structure corrections, internal linking, metadata, and general site-level cleanup. Most assignments come with specific direction. Your job is to execute them well, not reinvent them.

You also need to be comfortable in Divi. Not just functional — good. We care about how pages look when you're done. If a section needs content on one side, that doesn't mean you pile six inches of text on the left and leave a white void on the right. Visual balance matters. Our clients see this stuff.

What We're Looking For

At least 1-2 years of hands-on SEO work — not coursework, not certifications alone

Real Divi experience (we will look at your work)

Someone who reads the brief, follows it, and flags issues — doesn't just quietly go sideways

Attention to detail that shows in the output

Someone who takes ownership of their work and stands behind it

What We're Not Looking For

We use AI ourselves. We know what a five-minute AI output looks like. We know what a copy-paste optimization "plan" looks like. If that's your workflow, this isn't the right fit — and it'll be obvious fast.

We're also not looking for senior SEOs who want to debate strategy on every task. If you have strong opinions and need creative latitude, great — find a client who needs that. We need people who can execute a defined scope thoughtfully and well.

The Reality

This is contract work. Hours matter less than outcomes. If you spend six hours on something that makes no difference, that's not a win — for you or for us. We notice when work moves a site forward, and we notice when it doesn't.

We hire in small groups because not everyone works out, and that's fine. The ones who do tend to stick around and get consistent work. There's plenty of it.
