Partner with university leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the institution's overall goals and values.
Serve as a trusted advisor to faculty and staff, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment and retention strategies.
Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.
Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and culture to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance the overall employee experience.
Facilitate training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees at all levels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies and procedures.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting diversity and equity initiatives and providing support and resources to underrepresented groups.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and innovate HR processes and programs.
Serve as a role model for the university's values and culture, promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all employees.
