Enrolled Agent or CPA (with Tax Relief/Resolution Experience Only)
SENIOR CASE MANAGER (ENROLLED AGENT OR CPA)
Remote | Full-Time | PST Hours
We are a growing tax resolution firm seeking an experienced Senior Enrolled Agent Case Manager to handle cases from start to finish while providing day-to-day support and guidance to other case managers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can manage complex cases, assist the team when needed, and contribute to overall case quality and efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide case managers to maintain quality and efficiency in daily operations
- Provide direction on complex or escalated cases, stepping in when needed
- Manage and handle a select number of high-value and complex cases from intake through resolution
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Help de-escalate client concerns and provide practical solutions
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding case status, expectations, and next steps
- Coordinate with Enrolled Agents and internal teams to keep cases moving forward
- Help ensure all deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Requirements
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
- Proven experience in tax relief/tax resolution (required)
- Strong understanding of IRS procedures and resolution programs
- Solid case management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tax resolution firm
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Logics is a plus)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
