Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience
• NMLS Safe Act compliant with at least one active state license
• A proven history of self-generating loan volume and developing referral partners
• A strong understanding of different loan types and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to proactively solicit new business and work independently
