Your Role
As Managing Director, you will spearhead NDI’s expansion across the United States, adapting our innovative business model to drive hyper-growth through bold execution. This entrepreneurial leadership role includes developing regional strategies, managing key partnerships, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

Localize NDI’s business model, ensuring its relevance and competitiveness in the US market.
✅ Develop and execute a localized sales strategy supported by NDI’s international network and resources.
✅ Build, manage, and maintain a robust local sales pipeline to drive business growth.
✅ Ensure seamless client project delivery by managing local operations and customer relationships effectively.
✅ Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key local players to enhance service delivery and market presence.
✅ Manage local financial operations and back-office functions in close collaboration with NDI’s global team.
✅ Recruit, mentor, and grow a dynamic local team.
- What You Bring
- Minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles, focusing on market expansion and business model adaptation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English (essential).
