    Job Description:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT categories, including software licenses, hardware, cloud services, and IT infrastructure
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and benchmark pricing to optimize purchasing decisions
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and delivery schedules
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to contractual agreements, resolve issues or disputes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Legal, to evaluate and select vendors based on business requirements, technical specifications, and budget constraints
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance, and report key performance indicators to senior management
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes impacting IT procurement and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Support strategic initiatives such as vendor consolidation, supplier diversity programs, and sustainability efforts to drive long‑term value and innovation
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years of specialized experience in IT procurement within the software or technology industry
  • Proven experience managing IT procurement initiatives from initiation through execution, delivering measurable cost savings and value
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory requirements related to IT procurement
  • Proficiency with procurement tools and platforms, including eSourcing, contract management, and spend analysis solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Strategic, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
