Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for an Affordable Leasing Specialist. The Affordable Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing the leasing process, assisting with lease administration, annual recertifications, maintaining positive relationships with residents, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves daily communication with prospective tenants, current residents, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with affordable housing standards.
