WordPress-Based Custom Database Website with Advanced Search & Filtering

I’m looking to build a custom WordPress-based platform that organizes and displays structured records in a clean, user-friendly interface.

This is not a standard blog or basic site — it will require custom development to support advanced search, filtering, and relationships between data.

Core Requirements:

Built on WordPress (custom theme and/or plugin preferred)

Easy-to-use backend for adding, editing, and managing records (important)

Structured data system (custom post types, taxonomies, or custom database tables)

Advanced filtering (multiple fields, ranges, combinations)

Ability to search across separate but related datasets from a single interface

Logic that allows related or potentially connected records to surface dynamically

Fast and responsive search performance

Clean, intuitive UI for users

Admin Experience (Very Important):

I need to be able to easily add, edit, and update entries without technical knowledge

Bulk upload/import options are a plus

Clear structure for managing different types of records

Bonus Experience (Preferred):

Experience with complex WordPress builds (not just themes/page builders)

Work involving directories, databases, or research platforms

Experience with search optimization, filtering systems, or data matching

Ability to recommend plugins vs custom build where appropriate
