We operate in a space shaped by tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n—but our focus is more enterprise-oriented: reliability, advanced mappings, governance, and real-world complexity. We also have dozens of case studies based on production customer setups.

Why we’re hiring

We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can ship enablement and growth work that improves activation and adoption. This isn’t a “strategy-only” role. You’ll build assets, publish them, track results, and iterate in sprints.

If you like SaaS, understand funnels, can work with metrics and OKRs, and you’re comfortable recording product tutorials—this role is for you.

What you’ll own

    1) Getint Academy
  • Build and run the production pipeline: outline → script → record (often with our presales lead) → publish → embed.
  • Create learning paths by use case (e.g., ServiceNow ↔ Azure DevOps, Jira ↔ ServiceNow, migrations).
  • Maintain a release rhythm (weekly output) and keep quality consistent.
  • Video editing can be outsourced—you’ll own structure, scripting, recording, and publishing quality.
    2) Product onboarding and in-product education
  • Create onboarding checklists, setup guides, “first successful sync” paths, and contextual help.
    3) Growth analytics and funnel monitoring
  • Own GA/product event tracking hygiene and ensure dashboards reflect reality.
  • Monitor activation funnel: signup → connect → mapping → first sync → stable sync.
  • Identify 1–2 bottlenecks per sprint and ship experiments to improve them (copy, UX, help content, nudges, templates).
    4) Tutorials engine: YouTube + short-form + repurposing
  • Publish tutorials and short demos regularly.
  • Repurpose long-form content into clips for LinkedIn/YouTube Shorts.
  • Use AI tools/agents to speed up: scripts, outlines, timestamps, clip lists, help center drafts.
    5) Social distribution
  • Publish a lightweight LinkedIn cadence based on what you ship (Academy modules, tutorials, short demos, feature updates).
  • Track what topics and formats drive meaningful actions (Academy usage, signups, demo/assessment requests).
    What success looks like (first 90 days)
  • A working Academy structure + first 8–12 modules shipped (core use cases + onboarding basics).
  • A trustworthy activation funnel dashboard + tracking events in place.
  • Clear improvement in at least one activation metric (e.g., higher % reaching first sync, faster time-to-first-sync).
  • Fewer repeated “how do I…” questions reaching presales/L2 because content answers them.
    Who you are
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS (growth, product marketing, enablement, onboarding, or similar).
  • Excellent English (written + spoken). You’ll write scripts, help content, and product guidance for global customers.
  • Comfortable being on camera and recording product tutorials.
  • Jira knowledge.
  • You understand metrics, OKRs, funnels, and activation—and you know what to measure and why.
  • You’re genuinely into AI and automation (you use it to move faster and produce better output).
  • Must have hands-on experience with:
  • GA4 (event setup/verification, reporting, analysis)
  • Product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel/Amplitude/PostHog or similar)
  • Heatmaps and session recordings (e.g., Hotjar/FullStory/Clarity or similar)
  • turning insights into shipped improvements (not just reporting)
