Repair deep wheel damage on vehicle wheels and rims.
Operate a wheel repair machine as part of the repair process.
Paint and clear-coat repaired wheels.
Work in Carvana’s inspection and vehicle reconditioning centers to help prepare cars for sale.
Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Work mandatory overtime when needed based on business demand.
Support an efficient production environment that meets customer delivery timelines.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
Ability to work in exposure to weather conditions such as heat and cold.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
