Appointment Setter, B2C
- Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of approximately 1,000 contacts to inquire about potential interest in selling jewelry, coins, or collectibles.
- Engage in B2C conversations with a focus on building rapport and trust, particularly with older individuals.
- Communicate clearly and at a steady, easy-to-understand pace to ensure effective interactions.
- Accurately document call outcomes and relevant information in the system.
- Continuously work through assigned contact lists and transition to new lists as they are provided.
- Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably involving phone-based communication.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills in conversations.
- Comfortable working in a B2C environment and engaging with a high volume of calls.
- Experience using GoHighLevel is preferred.
