Sales Executive Specialist, Fintech Card Processing

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the fintech card processing market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech industry, including prospecting and cold-calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within potential client organizations.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique offerings of FIS to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular updates to management on progress and achievements.
Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Represent FIS at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Foster a positive and professional relationship with existing clients to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
Act as a brand ambassador for FIS, promoting our values, mission, and vision in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and innovations in the fintech industry, and use this knowledge to strategically position FIS as a leader in the market.
Collaborate with other sales team members and share best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
