  • Use a tablet-based ABA data collection platform for efficient documentation
  • Motivate and engage clients through learning, play, and positive reinforcement
  • Maintain professional, confidential communication with families and staff
  • All non-client time is fully remote
    Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification and LBA license
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or a related field
  • Clean background check and drug screen
  • Passion for high-quality, ethical ABA and family collaboration
    Benefits
  • Performance-based pay increases
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (high quality & affordable)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with matching
  • $1,000 Professional Development stipend
  • Paid BCBA certification & license renewals
  • CEUs, referral bonuses, and growth opportunities
