Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist

Overview:

Fresh Living Counseling is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing private practice. This is a contract position, hybrid role (10–15 hours/week) ideal for a clinician looking for flexibility, support, and meaningful clinical work without burnout.

Clinical tasks includes providing individual or couples therapy in accordance to professional standards. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in need with the flexibility to create your own schedule.

What We're Looking For:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
• Master's Degree (MSW) or higher in Social Work
• Located in South Florida
• Minimum 4 years of direct clinical experience in in trauma-informed and relationship-focused work
• Clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Values autonomy (self-direction), flexibility, and high-quality clinical care
• Interested in being part of a growing, values-driven practice
• Holds Christian values

Expected hours: 10 to 15 hours per week

Schedule: Create your own schedule with your clients. Flexible per clients and practice needs.

Pay: Competitive split structure (60% to clinician) with referrals, billing, and administrative support included; paid bi-weekly.

Work setting: Hybrid, mostly remote work. Clinician must have a private and secure setting in a remote location to adhere to HIPAA law & guidelines.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
