Bilingual (Spanish) Social Worker (LMSW)

We are looking for a Spanish and English-speaking LMSW to provide ongoing therapy to clients in the Peer Support program. Clients range in age from 9 to 100 and depending on the individual may be seeking help for a variety of conditions including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma or behavioral issues. Each client receives one 30-minute therapy session per week, allowing for meaningful, ongoing therapeutic relationships. You will have a minimum of 10 clients in your caseload.

This is a Telehealth role that will be done remotely on your own schedule.

The business' hours of operations are 8am to 10:30pm but you will book weekly sessions with clients based on your individual operating hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide weekly 30-minute individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients
• Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care in both Spanish and English
• Tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with Peer Support staff and interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice

Qualifications
• Active New York State LMSW license
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Strong clinical skills across a range of conditions (e.g., anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma)
• Comfortable providing services via Telehealth platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: From $100.00 per hour
