Lead and oversee the operations of the Purdue Systems Collaboratory, ensuring its success and continued growth.
Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Collaboratory, in line with the overall goals and mission of Purdue University.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the Collaboratory, promoting interdisciplinary research and education opportunities.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support the Collaboratory's initiatives, including grant writing and fundraising efforts.
Engage with external partners and stakeholders to build relationships and promote the Collaboratory's work.
Mentor and support faculty and staff within the Collaboratory, providing guidance and resources for their professional development.
Facilitate and promote interdisciplinary research projects and collaborations within the Collaboratory.
Teach courses in systems engineering and related fields as part of the tenured faculty position.
Conduct and publish research in systems engineering and related areas, contributing to the academic excellence of Purdue University.
Serve as a leader and representative of the Collaboratory and Purdue University within the academic and professional communities.
