We're building a targeted B2B contact database of Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) across Latin America for outreach related to Cell Broadcast, SMS platforms, Location-Based Services (LBS), Equipment Identity Register (EIR), and USSD technology. We need verified, decision-maker-level contacts from the region's leading operators.

Quality requirements
All emails must be verified (Hunter.io, NeverBounce, or equivalent) — mark each as Verified/Unverified
No generic info@, press@, or contact@ emails unless the contact is specifically named
No personal Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo addresses
LinkedIn URL required for every contact
Minimum seniority: Manager level and above
If a role cannot be confirmed as current (held 2+ years ago with no update), flag with "?"
For smaller markets with limited LinkedIn presence (Bolivia, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua), use company websites and operator directories
Volume & timeline
450 contacts total across 18 countries. Payment will be structured in milestones by batch. Delivery schedule to be agreed upon contract start.
