Aufgaben
Drive the visibility, acceptance, and integration of organic food and farming within the Philippine food sector -spanning retailers, food businesses, and the HORECA industry - aligned with Naturland’s principles and standards.
Lead the coordination and execution of a three‑year, EU‑funded promotion campaign for organic food in the Philippines in collaboration with a marketing agency
Advocate for organic agriculture and position Naturland as a trusted partner
Strengthen Naturland’s profile as a sustainability leader in Manila and across the Philippines
Develop, design, and deliver training programs on organic food and farming tailored to food sector stakeholders and the HORECA community
Support and accelerate the integration of organic products into the daily operations of retailers and HORECA establishments
Represent Naturland at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements, fostering strong relationships within the food sector
Ensure effective project coordination and implementation of Naturland initiatives in close cooperation with teams in the Philippines and Germany
Maintain high standards of project documentation, reporting, and administration

University degree in agriculture, environmental science, food business, marketing, or a related discipline
Several years of professional experience within the food sector or a closely related field
In‑depth knowledge of the Philippine food industry, especially the retail and HORECA sectors
Solid understanding of organic food and farming principles, ideally supported by practical experience
Strong networking, stakeholder engagement, and pitching capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
High proficiency in English; familiarity with local Philippine languages is considered an advantage
Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is beneficial
Proactive, results‑driven mindset with an innovative, collaborative, and hands‑on approach
Based in Manila and willingness to travel within the Philippines and Southeast Asia
