- *A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician**
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician in our Front End department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and processing transactions
- Entering orders, working alongside the pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and processing support tasks

- *Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
- *Education**
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $18.50
Maximum: $34.60
