As an Experienced Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Proofreading Written and Digital Work Product:** Review and edit creative content, including marketing materials, internal documents, emails, press releases, and website text, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • **Crosschecking References and Data:** Verify the accuracy of all referenced facts and double-check cross-referenced materials to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • **Reviewing Output for Consistency:** Review content to ensure consistency with company-wide work, including campaign, product, or brand consistency.
  • **Collaborating with Team Members:** Attend team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.
  • **Improving Editing Processes:** Suggest process improvements and evaluate and recommend changes to create efficiencies.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in proofreading, editing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital content management systems, word processing software, and proofreading symbols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
