  • *Roles and Responsibilities**

As an Account Manager Customer Success at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive issue resolution.
  • **Sales Management**: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • **Customer Success**: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • **Account Strategy**: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • **Problem Resolution**: Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • **Market Insights**: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years in an account management, sales, or customer success role within the eCommerce industry.

  • **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.
  • **Category Experience**: Prior experience in a category management role within an eCommerce company is highly preferred.
