Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit

We're now seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. - *Position Purpose:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit, you'll be responsible for providing timely responses to customer inquiries and processing requests related to credits, invoices, payments, and collections. You'll also be expected to maintain accurate records, share ideas to increase efficiency, and perform other duties as assigned.
- *Key Job Activities:**
- Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests according to established standards, using excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts.
- Perform necessary record keeping activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process credits on behalf of customers, adhering to current credit policy.
- Share ideas with the department to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- *Education:**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
