Rush Project: Creative Figma Landing Page Designer + Front-End Developer Needed

I am looking for an experienced, creative website designer/front-end developer to help design and build several website pages on a rush timeline.

This is not just a basic Figma layout project. I am looking for a true designer — someone creative, polished, and conversion-focused — who can take my AI-generated mockups, rough wireframes, existing copy, and brand direction and turn them into professional, high-converting landing pages.

I need someone who understands both strong visual design and landing page strategy. The pages need to look modern, premium, trustworthy, and business-to-business focused while also being built to convert visitors into leads.

This is not just a Figma design project. I also need clean, responsive HTML/CSS files that my website developer can integrate into our existing site.

I have a two-week deadline, so I need someone who is available immediately and does not have a heavy project load right now.

Product hub page

Safety Hero Challenge landing page

Safety Select / Gift of Choice landing page

Additional Requirement: Landing Page Design System

Before designing the full pages, I need a simple landing page design system created in Figma. This should include typography, colors, button styles, CTA hierarchy, card styles, section spacing, image treatment, desktop/mobile rules, and reusable components.

I do not have formal brand guidelines, so I need someone who can help establish a clean, professional, conversion-focused visual direction before building out the individual pages.

The goal is for all pages to feel consistent, polished, and part of the same brand — not like separate one-off designs. Once the design system is approved, it should be applied across the homepage, programs page, product hub, Safety Hero Challenge landing page, and Safety Select / Gift of Choice landing page.

Important Requirements:

Must be able to start immediately

Must have strong creative design skills

Must be able to improve and elevate AI-generated mockups

Must understand conversion-focused landing page design

Must design in Figma

Must understand responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile

Must be able to provide clean HTML/CSS, not just a Figma file

Must provide organized assets and developer handoff notes

Must communicate daily and work quickly

Must have experience designing landing pages or lead-generation websites

Any required basic JavaScript, if needed
