E-commerce Growth Manager, Social Media Integration
Our client, a rapidly growing online retailer specializing in niche consumer goods, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to lead their social media integration and customer acquisition strategies. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with collaborative on-site engagement at our headquarters in Provo, Utah, US . You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty across our e-commerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on leveraging social media channels for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and direct sales. Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative development, budget management, and performance analysis. Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling social media assets, including graphics, videos, and copy. Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and e-commerce dashboards. Identify and test new growth channels and emerging social media trends. Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance tracking. Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation. Contribute to A/B testing initiatives for website optimization, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media management, with a proven track record of driving growth. Demonstrated success in developing and executing profitable paid social media campaigns. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive marketing copy. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing remote tasks and on-site collaborations. Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce innovation.
