As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- *Schedule**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Pay: $16.20/hr

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
