• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a part-time remote data entry role. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize processes, and enhance our overall performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making the next best decision.
• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions.
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify gaps or opportunities that the project needs to consider or address.
• Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to enhance financial targets based on the different switches from top-line to bottom-line with continued improvement of value chain capabilities.
• Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and develop executive-level presentations.
• Any remaining related and assigned responsibilities.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills - PivotTables, VLookups with modeling capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Data visualization skills through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support diverse stakeholders.
• Strong change management skills.
• Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
• Quantitative analysis using R or similar tool.
• Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
• Project management or support experience.
