As a Customer Support Representative in our International Voice Process, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and accurate manner. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and respond in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve customers' concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints
• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
• Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries
• Multi-task and prioritize customer requests to ensure timely resolution
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Any Graduates or 10+2 pass-outs from Bangalore or Hyderabad can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad
• Openings available in our International Voice Process (3 months Contract)
• Qualification: Any Graduates or 10+2 pass-outs
• Salary: Up to 26K In Hand (30k Relieving bonus)
