- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team in India. As a key member of our local customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing after-sales service for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and installing equipment in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with careerzynith standards and customer requirements.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Support the installation of careerzynith diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at customer sites
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarter level) to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision
- Attend service training courses and work towards completion of careerzynith Professional Certificate to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers
- Escalate situations when customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
- *Qualification and Experience Requirements**
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science-related major
- Familiarity with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/MR/PET, etc.)
- Good IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure skills
- Ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a good customer-oriented service manner and excellent team cooperation spirit
- Flexible approach to work, travel, and unsociable hours
