Our client, a rapidly expanding online fashion retailer, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to optimize online sales and logistics from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce operations, including website performance, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing high-volume online retail operations, possesses strong analytical skills, and is adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes and drive growth. You will work closely with marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of the online sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal website performance, uptime, and user experience. Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery, optimizing for speed and accuracy. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient warehousing and shipping operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations, such as conversion rates, AOV, customer acquisition cost, and fulfillment accuracy. Implement and refine customer service processes to ensure a superior post-purchase experience. Manage product catalog updates, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional content. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Work with the technology team to troubleshoot website issues and implement new features or integrations. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations and data privacy policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Strong understanding of inventory management systems and order fulfillment best practices. Experience managing relationships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel). Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
