Clinical Content Specialist – Nursing, Integration Nurse Educator, Career Schools

Job Description:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement
• Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs
• Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success
• Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals
• Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes
• Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape

Requirements:
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
• Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
• Experience teaching in career schools, proprietary institutions, or non-traditional nursing education settings is a plus
