• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Participate in the development, improvement, and communication of embarkation framework, issues, upgrades, and correspondence techniques for Terminal Activities and core partners.
• Ensure consistent improvement of working cycles to enhance Disney Journey Line services both internally and externally.

• Maintain and update datasets, such as Port Appearance Times, Daily Action Reports, and Quality Confirmation Reviews, as well as report information for monthly summaries and on-demand requests.
