  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Weekend Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting calls or routing them to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information and ensuring data integrity
  • Accurately dispositions calls and maintains a high level of call resolution rate
  • Continually maintains a working knowledge of all careerzynith products, services, and promotions to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Working to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response to meet customer expectations
  • Reliable attendance and on-time job performance, with flexibility to work evening and weekends as needed
  • Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives
  • *Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment
  • Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
  • Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and resolve issues, complaints, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work effectively in both a team and an independent environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines and procedures, with confidence and empowerment
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills to prioritize work based on service demands and meet customer expectations
  • An understanding and knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration Industry is an asset, but not required
