We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office systems. This includes data entry, office clerical duties, and maintaining excellent communication with various departments. - *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Office Clerk/Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering daily work orders into our systems
- Assembling and reconciling reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with various departments
- Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- *Experience and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with industry software and systems
- Experience in recycling or a related field
- Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
- *Physical Demands**
As a remote employee, you'll be working from home, but you'll still need to be able to:
