As an Associate Customer Support Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. You'll work closely with internal departments, including service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

- Respond to all incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as a back-up for placing service part orders and assist customers with determining order status and resolving product-related problems
- Inform customers of standard procedures when placing an order and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders, including electronic and fax submissions
- Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
- Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and leadership, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 0+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
- Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer service/hospitality environment or in a call center
- PC literate, with experience in ERP systems (JDE/SAP) a plus
