As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the check-in and boarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing wait times for our passengers.
  • Making gate announcements and verifying customers' travel documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handling baggage, including lifting and tagging, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities throughout the airport, providing personalized support and care.
  • Prioritizing safety and security, adhering to careerzynith's strict protocols and guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment.
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
